COVID-19 South Cerney Halls Corona Virus Amended Hiring Conditions for Fenton's Community Centre

Fenton's Community Centre is now allowed to re-open in accordance with Government guidance on the safe use of community facilities.  Our Terms and Conditions of Hire, including information re Covid-19, our Safety Rules and our Covid-19 Risk Assessment are set out in the documents in the file list further below.

Because of the need to observe social distancing the centre cannot have as many people in the building as it used to at any one time.  Sanitising facilities will be provided at entrances and exits from the building and increased cleaning will be done.  Masks will need to be worn (unless you are exempt) while in the building except for when you are seated eating or drinking in the cafe area or when you are in a class in the Sports Hall exercising.  We are operating a one way system entering through the main front door and exiting from the rear cafe doors and the rear Sports Hall doors.

Reduced changing facilities and toilets will be available if needed but we are asking people not to use them if at all possible.  Class sizes in the sports hall will be reduced to meet social distancing guidance.  Not all classes will be starting again straight away.  Your class tutor will be able to advise on what is happening with individual classes - tutor contact details are at What's On?

Government guidance on Corona Virus can be found at HM Govt Corona Virus guidance.
Specific guidance on Community Centres is at The safe use of community facilities
