The Women's well-being day is a nurturing and informative day, discussing how to use diet and nutrition to balance and support the female body. The workshop will give you detailed information on how to:
Manage stress
Balance the female hormone system
Encourage weight loss
Boost energy and vitality
The workshop is on Saturday 18 May and runs from 10.30am - 2.30pm and includes lunch, recipes and a comprehensive set of notes to take away. The day will be run by Jennifer McDiarmid (Bsc Nutritional Therapy), who has also completed specialist courses in nutrition and the female body. The day will be fun and interactive for a group of like minded women who want to promote their own health and well-being. Cost for the day is £60.00
