A 4 week course educating you on how to boost your body both physically and mentally with nutrition and wellbeing techniques. Starting on Monday 24th Feb at 7.15 - 8.30 running for 4 consecutive Mondays.

This course is designed for anyone who wants to understand how to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

Run by Jennifer McDiarmid Fdsc Nutritional Therapist and NLP Coach, this course uses the latest scientific research to educate you on how to unlock your health potential. From stress levels, an existing health condition, struggles with weight loss, low energy and low mood or simply wanting to feel better - this course can help you understand what is happening and offer simple, easy practical information without any fad dieting.
